\n2017 Pollock Krasner Grant recipient James Lancel McElhinney will discuss the practice of plein-air Journal Painting, as the revival of historic expeditionary art, unpacked as limited-edition books and archival digital prints. The talks will take place in Suite 9D (Building 9), Garnerville Arts and Industrial Center, 55 Railroad Avenue, Garnerville, New York. (Rockland County). The facility is located thirty minutes north of the George Washington Bridge. McElhinney’s talk will be one of a number of activities taking place as part of the annual Garner Arts Center annual Arts Festival.

He is the owner of Needlewatcher Editions, LLC.<\/a>
